WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU SHIP WITH?

We use the United State Postal Service (USPS) and UPS for US domestic orders.

Generally, you will get a tracking number with your purchase to the email you used at checkout. Some small accessories are shipped using USPS within the continental US.  
Shipping from Oregon to your location ranges between 1-3 days on the west coast and 4-6 days to the mid-west and east coast (generally, holiday shipping speeds sometimes slow). If you need your package to arrive faster or be guaranteed by a certain date, please contact us (contact@thvmp.com) about additional shipping options which we can add those charges to your order.  

WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

Products not requiring any additional work (non-alignment sticks and non-personalized products) are typically processed during the business week (Monday-Friday) before 2pm Pacific Time are typically shipped within 1-3 days. Orders processed on the weekend are typically shipped on Monday or Tuesday. Please keep in mind we have a normal 8am-5pm job and that we will do our best to communicate to you when things ship out. Automated THVMP/Shopify emails will be sent out when your order is confirmed, if we have any questions and when your product ships.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Typically, no. We are too busy to figure out how to deal with shipping/logistics/duties for international shipping. We can recommend a list of alignment stick manufacturers who can ship products to you.

REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS FOR ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED

THVMP will send a return label to you. You must provide the following: 1: photos of damaged goods. 2: photos of damaged packaging 3: photos of shipping label. You must send back the damaged products prior to us shipping out a replacement. This process is to ensure our small business isn't defeated by crappy shipping.
